The most exciting thing for a new tier of raid is not always the progression in story but rather the Tier Sets. For years, it has been the pinnacle of awesomeness, a status symbol that you have defeated the most terrifying monsters of that tier.
As such, set designs have always come under extreme scrutiny. I have always been a fan of Blizzard's design, even the dead baby skin that T8 rogues wear and fisherman garb of T11 hunters. But recently, Blizzard releases new fire-themed art for Firelands and looking at the Deathknight set, I'm disappointed.
For one, I can't see any boss or fiery theme to it, except it's crimson. Mages at least get feathers from the firehawk and pallies just look badass. Even rogues get bird face on their shoulders. The helmet is the offender in this situation.
I believe it's meant to represent some winged helmet (what is a warrior of death doing with wings anyway?) like the picture above. Instead, I'm seeing the picture below:
We get to be freaking fairy, sprinkling pixie dust all over Ragnaros. Right.

Is the first pic the look of the set?? Very Donnie Darko, someone at Blizz is a movie buff - next will be a set resembling the Butterfly Effect - oh wait it seems like Princess Eugenie has that covered. Oh dear... My view - pretty chuffed it ain't me but on the flip side you can choose to not show helm and still look relatively bad-ass... although it does make me want to put you in a rabbit hutch...
