Looks like the Lich King has been vanquished on Dath'Remar and thus the Dalaran central fountain is being decorated with a Dedication to Honor with Tirion at the top flanked by 2 Humans and Orcs. [Most likely to be Bolvar and Saurfang Jr.] Oh, beware of clicking on the Dedication of Honor, this plays the epic last cutscene for Wrath of the Lich King.
