Uldaur is coming

Yes, Uldaur is coming in Patch 3.1. The raid promises to be much harder than Naxxraramasusu, a full tier 8 of content for hardcore and casuals alike. With the announcement of Ulduar is a first peek at the first boss of the raid, The Flame Leviatane [whatever the spelling is] which features Vehicle combat. That, certainly, caused an uproar in the forums with haters of vehicles calling Uldaur "a major failure"
Yea, calling something a failure even before they SEE it is very clever. Thats like saying your prospective in-laws are douches even before you meet them. Whoopeedo. While I'm not a fan of vehicle combat nor do I hate it to my bones, the best advice is to wait and see.

Lore-wise, Uldaur being a prison is surprising to me. I always thought it was home to the Titans to laze in, play some ping pongs when they're not creating. And no points for guessing who is the final boss of Uldaur: Yogg-Saron. It's a beautiful prison thou and somehow features a garden, maybe Freya's presence influences all the flora.

So, the story so far: We start being friends with Thorim, the Storm Lord guy, who depend on us to be friends again with Sons of Hodir, who has a seemingly suspicious fettish of thrusting, polishing and blowing. Anyways, Thorim turned against Hodir long ago cos of Loken, whose tongue can make us think of doing some really bad stuff. After some 755 quests later, Thorim confronts Loken, who used the dark powers of Old God to imprison Throim and his pet protodrake. No doubt she'll be a boss [I hope she drops a freaking mount like A'lar].

There's a whopping 14 bosses in Uldaur. And i don know why people are so freaking bothered by ONE boss fight. Sheesh, I dont see them abandoning their gf/bf cos they have one flaw. Anyways, 4 of them will be Guardians of Uldaur who mysterious vanished: Hodir, Mirmer [who i think is a gianantic mecha gnome], Freya and Thorim. Loken is dead, althought Blizz is fond of bringing them back by "magik" [Halls of Lightning is merely a setback!]
Hard mode is something they introduced in WotLK and they promises lots of bosses with Hard modes for the hardcore raiders like Sarth+3D. From what I think, Yogg'Saron's hardmode will actually be the 4 Guardians. For every Guardian you defeat, they will come and help you to deal with Yoggy Bea----Saron. That would be cool imo :p
